FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) is an extrusion process where the object is built by depositing melted material layer-by-layer. The plastics used correspond to the same thermoplastics that can be found in conventional manufacturing processes, like ABS and Nylon
We offer a range of 3D printed services in filaments the following include PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG and TPU.
Please check out here, the range of filament that we are able to print.
Not sure what best suits your needs, please contact us, and we are assist you in your needs.
Printable build volumes or build plate sizes, range form as small 120mm Cubed, to 350mm Cubed.
Layer height as low as 0.1mm for finer detail to 0.3mm for when details are less important.
Take the guesswork out of product development with 3D printing services for functioning models used in meetings, testing, and perfection of final parts.
Taking advantage of on-demand printing services ready to meet both small or large quantities.
We offer our services to anyone no matter the volume size , so contact us today about your enquiry.
Design and consulting services available to assist in taking advantage of the FFF technology.
We are capable of assisting in full pipeline form product design, rapid prototyping, to final deliverable products.
We offer a range of FFF printed services in the following filament types.
Polylactic Acid
PLA Filament is ideal for architectural, toys, display models and cosplay custom pieces. Great material for engineering proof of concept prototypes.
PLA is a type of polyester made from fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. The sugar in these renewable materials are fermented and turned into lactic acid, from then made into polylactic acid, or PLA.
PLA Filament can come in a wide range of colours and additional additives such as glitter wood, iron/steel, cabon fiber and glass fiber.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
ABS Filament is ideal for outdoors applications, where a more strength and durability is required in a final product, ideal for where heat resistance is needed, with the ability to withstand up to 100 degrees celsius without deformation.
ABS or Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is often molded into parts commonly found on cars, trucks, buses, trains, and other vehicles. It is an ideal material for vehicle parts exposed to long-term wear and various environmental conditions.
ABS Filament can come in a wide range of colours and additional additives such as glitter, cabon fiber and glass fiber.
Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate
ASA Filament is the perfect all-purpose 3D printing thermoplastic, suitable for many different applications. It has a similar chemical makeup to ABS plastic but offers three improvements: better mechanical properties, superior aesthetics and it's UV resistant.
Given ASA resistance to impact, chemicals, weather, and UV light, ASA plastic material is often used in outdoor applications like commercial siding; electrical housings; outdoor furniture; and sports, lawn, and garden equipment.
ASA Filament can come in a range of colours.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol
PETG Filament is a good all-round material alternatives PLA for 3D printing and that means that it stands out from many of the other filaments that are available. Its flexibility, strength and temperature and impact resistance makes it the first choice for many industries.
PETG is also widely used in the food and medical industries
PETG Filament can come in a wide range of colours.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
TPU is a flexible filament with excellent durability, inter-layer adhesion and resistance to oils. The Shore hardness scale is used to rate the flexibility of a TPU material, with TPU95 offering a balance between flexibility and ease of use.
TPU material can be used for many different applications. All parts requiring a rubber-like elasticity or flexible lattices can easily be 3D printed with this material.
TPU Filament can come in a range of colours. TPU can come in a number "Shore" hardness with the lower the number softer and more flexible the end product.
PC (Poly Carbonate) Filament is an engineering grade 3D printing material offering excellent tensile strength, stiffness, chemical resistance and heat resistance. With similar printing requirements to ABS.
PA (Nylons) are a family of engineering grade 3D printing materials capable of offering durability, flexibility, low friction, toughness, chemical resistance and heat resistance.
